Pecha Kucha ‘Transport and Urban Form’

In collaboration with the local branches of New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) and Engineering New Zealand’s Transportation Group, PechaKucha Night Christchurch is excited to be part of Festival of Architecture 2018 in Christchurch, themed Circulating Our City. This is an informal conversation focused on discussing opportunities in our unique urban context, critique current accessibility solutions, and a forum to demonstrate the role of architecture and design in improving the quality of life in our city.

This special event will feature a variety of speakers across industries, including urban and transport planners, architects, traffic engineers, designers and the next generation of thought leaders.

‘New Mobility’ Workshop

Harmonize Mobility bring you a series of workshops looking at the role of autonomous vehicles and shared mobility technologies in future cities. The focus of the workshop is on planning for both short and long-range evolutionary impacts of ride hailing, Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), and vehicle automation from both general and local planning perspectives in order to prepare cities and communities for transformation.
