Learn about the Emily Place Innovating Streets for People pilot and how it aims to improve Emily Place for everyone by trialling ways to make the street and reserve safer and more pleasant for the many residents, visitors, and businesses in the area. The tour will be led by project manager Claire Davis (Auckland Council).
The group will meet at the new public plaza space by Emily Place Reserve.
You’ll need to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
The location is easily accessible by foot, bike, or public transport. You can plan your journey to and from the event in advance using Auckland Transport’s Journey Planner or AT Mobile.
