A panel discussion event on an emerging subject for our industry, Micro-mobility.

Micro-mobility includes e-scooters, amongst other small mobility devices.

Thursday 21 February

  • from 5.30pm, panel starting at 6pm
  • at EPIC Events Centre, 100 Manchester Street (between Tuam and St Asaph)
  • there is plenty of cycle parking, limited on-street car parking on nearby blocks, the Good Spot car parking just one block north at Bedford Row, and of course it’s just 250 m from the bus interchange.

Panel discussion

The panel will cover a range of views and will address some advance questions, followed by questions from attendees.

We are pleased to have a wide range of panellists, including Ryan Cooney as Operations Manager at Future Transport NZTA, Deirdre McGrath from Age Concern, Amy Strang as a mechatronics engineering student at UC, Lincoln Sell from Last Mile Transport / Yike Bike, a representative from Lime as an electric scooter operator, Meg Christie from Living Streets, and Matt Whiting from Canterbury Disability Action Group. This event is not open to the public.

Drinks and nibbles will be provided and there will be the opportunity for networking afterwards.

Please keep sending your RSVPs through to Grace at grace.ryan@ghd.com.
